Coming in Twos

I'm excited to announce two shows that are about to open, both have receptions on Friday March 8th:

1.
Location: The Corvallis Arts Center: 700 SW Madison Ave
Time: 5:30-7:30pm
Details:
A show with Sandy Rokoff-Lizut in the two smaller galleries at The Arts Center (we are piggy backing on the reception for the Howland Community show in the main gallery, make sure to check out the back/office hallway).

Both of us are mixed media artists, Rokoff-Lizut's pieces involve paint, collage and poetry while mine involve enamel, ceramic and re-purposed components.

Location: LaSelles Stewart Center, 875 SW 26th St, Corvallis.
Time: 6:30-9pm
Details:
I've got two photographs from my time in north Sénégal in a large exhibit, The Many Faces of Africa, that is part of the Gustina Gallery's Annual Cultural Connections Exhibit.

This one is actually not in the show, it was one of the three I submitted, and the only on that didn't get in.

Hope you'll make it out for the receptions, or at least see the Arts Center show on your own time, its up through March 30th.

 This upcoming weekend I will be hosting a three day art show in an apartment.
Located on the southside of downtown Corvallis, on the corner of 4th and B. at:

• Friday September 16th from 4pm-10pm

• Saturday, September 17th from 11am to 6pm

• Sunday, September 18th from 3pm- 10pm

• Or by appointment.

The bulk of this show with be mixed-media landscape wall sculptures. Other works include photography, ceramics, jewelry and enamel.

Beverages and hors d'uerves will be served.
So far on the menu we have wine, beer, lemonade, chilled mint tea, some sort of dessert and some sort of savory finger food.
